INFINITY GAUNTLET #1 (Jul 1991)
Marvel Comics

On May 21, 1991, the Mad Titan upended existence with a single click of his fingers, killing 50% of life, and leaving the Super Heroes of the Marvel universe with the greatest fight in history ahead of them. Led by the resurrected Adam Warlock and aided by primal cosmic forces, Earth's protectors entered cosmic warfare in a six-issue event written by Jim Starlin and featuring the art of George Perez and Ron Lim. And 28 years later, the reverberations of this one action are still echoing across the world!

Scott Snyder said Greg Capullo was channeling "his inner George Perez" for Batman: Last Knight on Earth.

From newsarama.com

Excerpt: Everybody’s in it, really. There’s a couple pages that Greg just sort of channeled his inner George Pérez, and you’ll see almost the entire DCU is present in this thing in a way that I’m really proud of too.

DEADLY HANDS OF KUNG FU #14 (Jul 1975)
Curtis

Excerpt: These stories would delve into darker and sometimes more violent territory because the magazines did not fall under the Comics Code Authority's umbrella of influence. As such, creators like Englehart, Starlin, Gerry Conway, Dick Giordano, Doug Moench, Paul Gulacy, Bill Mantlo, George Perez, and many more got to flex different creative muscles!

SUPERGIRL S04E22 (19 May 2019)
The CW
The final moments of the season are dedicated to a surprise revelation that may have some bearing on "Crisis on Infinite Earths," and definitely will impact J'onn J'onzz. A hooded figure steps through a portal and is approached by The Monitor, the cosmic entity that was pulling the strings during the Arrowverse's "Elseworlds" crossover. The Monitor already showed up in the last few moments of Arrow's finale, and has a good idea of what the coming Crisis may bring.
