    GREEN LANTERN #141 (Jun 1981)
Check out this very nice 1981 Green Lantern cover which was penciled and inked by the great Dick Giordano! This nice cover was drawn to be the cover to Green Lantern #141. as Dick Giordano had drawn several consecutive previous covers, but this cover got bumped form production because the DC editors wanted George Perez to start drawing the OMEGA MEN covers, as this super hero team first appeared in the published Green Lantern #141 story! This beautiful cover never did get published, yet it is still a great looking all Dick Giordano cover, featuring Green lantern flying and using his amazing Green Lantern Ring to create a large shield, SAVING Carol Ferris from some evil gun shooting red neck cop, and some evil looking witch! The logo is a replacement, and the Adam Strange drawing at the top is all drawn artwork! Just a NICE 1981 Green Lantern cover!
