    • R.I.P. William Vance (XIII) Vu: I've just learned that Belgium artist William Vance has died on May 14, 2018, suffering from Parkinson's disease. He was 82. Vance was known for co-creating XIII (13), a sort of French/Belgium version of the Bourne Identity, in 1984. The XIII follows the story of an amnesiac protagonist who is trying to learn his true identity. XIII was adapted to a first-person shooter by Ubi Soft Paris in 2003, and also adapted for television in 2008, and followed by two series... with each series having, what else?, 13 episodes.     In this week is the resolicited Superman: Champion of Justice Signed and Numbered Limited Print. This image was painted by George Pérez and comes autographed in gold ink and numbered on the lower left corner in pencil. The lithograph was published by Canadian based company First Team Press Inc with DC Comics and comes shipped flat in a hard over-sized, .5" thick cardboard and covered in plastic to ensuring mint condition.

    According to Mangels's PEREZ ARCHIVES the lithograph was originally sent in a white envelope, numbered, with a Superman "S" seal.
