    • R.I.P. William Vance (XIII) Vu: I've just learned that Belgium artist William Vance has died on May 14, 2018, suffering from Parkinson's disease. He was 82. Vance was known for co-creating XIII (13), a sort of French/Belgium version of the Bourne Identity, in 1984. The XIII follows the story of an amnesiac protagonist who is trying to learn his true identity. XIII was adapted to a first-person shooter by Ubi Soft Paris in 2003, and also adapted for television in 2008, and followed by two series... with each series having, what else?, 13 episodes. DC Comics is having a TEEN TITANS 101 sale at Comixology - selected digital comic books are $0.99 each.  Many of these books are available for the first time in digital life November 19th.

Again, if you have the money to spare, it's good, but for most of us: we already own all these printed books and paid less than $1 for them when they first came out.
