    Hello Everyone!

I just wanted to share a nice story that happened at Las Vegas Comic Con last month.

So, like everyone else, I was very excited to see George Perez, and have some goodies autographed. One special item was the George Perez New Teen Titans poster. There is a bit of backstory with that poster. I originally bought it new when it came out in the 80's. A "friend" actually stole it back then. Years later, I got my hands on another original poster, but a storage locker robbery in Canada with many other collectibles were stolen. Grrr, not happy. Years later, I tried again, and found a third poster. What happens? You guessed it, yet another storage locker robbery, and that poster was among that massive theft.

(Also the end of my having anything of value in storage. I'm a slow learner, apparently, lol)

Finally, I find my FOURTH Titans poster, have Marv Wolfman sign it, and finally have George Perez sign it!!!! Success you think? No my friends, Overtired me, from working double shifts right before the convention was the cause of my actually losing the poster at the convention. I was hauling a lot of stuff to be autographed. I actually drove back after the place was closing, but nada, its nowhere to be found. I'm starting to think that I'm not meant to own this poster.

Soooo, last day of the convention, I go back to see George one last time, and I ask Constance who is working the Perez booth if there was any chance it was left at the booth, aaaand... drumrole please....

    SHE FOUND IT!!!!!

So, not only is George Perez an awesome, kind man, the Perez entourage is just as honest and nice as well!!!!!

Thank you Constance, the Perez team, and of course, the legend, mr. GEORGE PEREZ!!!!!

I posted an artwork poster by an artist named George Perez of the comic book superhero group, The New Teen Titans. My father encouraged me to read and buy comic books as a child, and this is one comic book I loved for I loved the storylines, the artwork, and the characterization.
