Print in progress that is a special C2E2 release. Printed by @popinked it references my favorite cover from my favorite comic miniseries, The Infinity Gauntlet, by artist George Perez. Issue #4 features the powerful Thanos challenging everyone in the Marvel universe. Here I manipulated the iconic image to reflect another side of the mad titan. Stay tuned for more pics and release info.

Which issue made you a Believer? Some would say the formation of the "new" X-Men featuring Wolverine, Colossus and Storm in GIANT SIZE X-MEN #1. Others read CAPTAIN AMERICA #25, and, in witnessing the heartbreaking death of a national hero, connected. Whether it made you cheer or cry, there is always one issue that reaffirms your faith. When you're in love with the physical embodiment of death, regular shows of affection just won't cut it. Fortunately Thanos knows how to impress the ladies--he kills half the universe in the first pages of this titanic early '90s event.

    DESCRIPTION:
My third cover recreation is INFINITY GAUNTLET #4 featuring Thanos. One of my all-time favorite covers. The Mad Titan, holding the power of the infinite in his hands, dares the Marvel Universe heroes to challenge his might. They did, and they failed.

This turned out far better than I thought it would, probably due to the fact that I switched brands of ink pens. The old ones bled a lot on the bristol board. I left the logo in as it helped fill a vast empty void, plus I always liked the logo. I left out the gems in the logo as those darned things are hard to get just right.
