Essential Luke Cage, Power Man Vol.1 TPB includes a reprint of Luke Cage, Power Man #27 .
Just a note about your checklist entry for
#27 - You have Mark Evanier listed as the writer, but Bill Mantlo is
credited in the comic itself as the writer. In addition to Mantlo and
Perez being credited as writer and artist, respectively, in the comic
itself, the two creators are also credited as 'storytellers,' hence the
co-plot credit given to George in the Grand Comic Database entry for #27 . And that GCD entry lists Ron Wilson and Frank Giacoia as the cover artists.
