I attended the
Montreal Comiccon this past weekend as a guest, there to hype the feature film
Terror of Dracula,
which I acted in. I was there with Anthony D.P. Mann, who co-wrote
(with Bill Bossert) and directed the movie...and he also played the
Count! (And did a fine job, I might add.) Of course, I had to say 'hi'
to George P
érez,
who was sketching and signing at the con, and Anthony and I even
presented him with the limited edition DVD of the film. (A wide-release
DVD will be available throughout the U.S. on September 25th, and in
Canada on October 30th.)
George also enjoyed meeting future superstar actress
Jenny Costanzo, who I've had the pleasure to work with on stage, one of
my music videos, and my upcoming short film
Paper Covers Rock.
She'll also be appearing in Anthony's next film. Jenny knows her genre
material, and was dressed as Black Cat. Cameras were always snapping
with her around!
