Just thought I'd mention that one of the tickets available for the
convention, the Perez/Wolfman Supa Pass includes a personal meeting
with George on the Friday night to work out what sketch you will be
getting, and a 5 minute sketch done at some point over the weekend. The
SupaPass costs $100, but it includes lots of other good stuff too. I
bought mine the minute they became available at Ticketek.

I know George is coming to
Melbourne, Australia in a couple of months, and I'll be hoping to get a
sketch from him. Does he charge for sketches?
It seems we
get these type of commission prices questioned a lot... but this one is
regarding the same convention. There is a 'search' box above that will
probably answer most of your questions.
Below is the exact same answer from
Convention commission question
Note: all prices mentioned below are in US dollars.
As I understand it, George wrote
that sketches are limited to usually 10 per day and are done through a
lottery system. The lottery tickets are free to one person, but you
can donate more ($1 per ticket) to the Hero Initiative to increase your
chances of winning. Winners will still have to pay $100 for the
sketch.
Due to a lack of time, George can only draw head portraits with chest symbol, and not full figures or pencil tones.
Unfortunately, as of this writing, George's commission list is full. I
am sure he'll let me know if he'll accept new names on the list, but
it's currently closed. If you are interested rates - they are " not cheap".

Convention commission question

Please note
that all questions/inquiries for George Perez are forwarded to him.
Some questions received are general questions, so in addition to
forwarding them, I'll answer them in public. Questions are edited for
brevity and clarity.

I've
flipped out upon hearing that George will be appearing at the Supanova
conventions here in Australia, especially in my home city of Melbourne.
I am just interested in the opportunity & also pricing (and I guess, in a manner of speaking, which currency is involved) :)
