UPDATE on my Winnetka book signing tonight: I just received a text from my dear friend (and the model for the Siren Kage) Akira Lane who, unfortunately, woke up this morning with an eye infection and total loss of her voice. Not wanting to chance getting anyone else sick, she's had to bow out of the book signing tonight. While I will miss her terribly, all I want is for her to get better as soon as possible. I love you, my beautiful Gemini Twin ! (Akira and I share the same birthday )
