Blackest Night's Future: October 2009
DC's epic galactic event reaches its halfway point.
by Richard George
July 17, 2009 - Just because the first issue of Blackest Night has hit stores, and just because we're starting to interview writer Geoff Johns about an event that's started, doesn't mean we still can't take a look ahead.

Today IGN is able to exclusively debut the covers and solicit text for the Blackest Night titles hitting this October. All descriptions, information and images are provided by DC Comics.

While we're at it, be sure to check out our latest Blackest Night coverage. You'll find two interviews with Geoff Johns on our site. The first covers the creation of the Black Lanterns while the second breaks down the opening moves of the first Blackest Night issue. Two exclusive previews are also on our site right now. The first is for Green Lantern #44 while the second is regarding Blackest Night: Tales of the Corps #2.
